A hands-on leader, Kyle Joseph Wojcik of Brooklyn is as comfortable sweeping factory floors as he is managing P&L strategy, CAPEX planning, and customer relationships. He has built a reputation for excellence in turn-around management and seeing projects through from conception to execution.
While in high school at Woodstock Academy, Kyle J. Wojcik worked at a loading dock for Frito Lay. He went on to work as an outsource expeditor at Whitcraft before joining Pratt & Whitney in 2000.
Kyle J. Wojcik did outsourced system design and component integration work for Pratt & Whitney for 20 years. He worked at three organizations, eventually becoming engineering business unit manager at Cyient, where he grew the engineering organization from 15 to over 100 team members in six years. He intentionally remained in outsourced environments to accelerate growth and adaptability.
After Pratt & Whitney, Mr. Wojcik went on to become manager of program office and client services at Paradigm Precision. He then joined Donahue Industries (DI) as president in 2023. In this position, he led a full organizational reset (addressing safety, staffing, quality, cost modeling, and supply chain issues), turning around a faltering business and restoring profitability. He also expanded the company into new industries.
